Friendly staff upon initial visit as a walk in. Physician was standoffish and didn't care to explain much about the procedure I was supposed to be needing. On the day of the procedure, after my husband took a day off from work to be with me and I'd waited in pain for a week, I'm told I'm too anxious and she doesn't feel comfortable performing my root canal. I'm basically kicked out, handed some piece of paper with the name of another dentist (not in my network and way too far) and asked not to come back. I'm looking for another dentist and, regardless of whether she dismissed me as a patient, she's still responsible for my care for 30 days, by law. Called asking for something for the pain and was promised to have my call returned. Nothing happened. Called again, they don't pick up the phone. Call from another number, they pick up right away but pretend to have no idea who I am (this whole ordeal happened two days ago). I have an infection that requires a root canal. I can only take so much ibuprofen. One of my worst experiences with a healthcare provider ever.
